Cancellation & Return/Exchange Requests are required to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If Product arrives damaged Replacement
Unboxing video is mandatory,absence of which, claims related to product (Defect, Damage or receipt of wrong product) return and delivery related queries will not be entertained/ taken into consideration. Absence of Unboxing video itself confirm that product is delivered securely and you have no objection related to quality of the product.
Case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.
(Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund)
Once your returned packet is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as per the policy
Order Cancellation
From customer's end: Order placed by you can be cancelled however we will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the order is already shipped and is out for delivery.
From the website's end: We may receive some orders which we shall not be able to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If there is any cancellation of your order from our end you will be duly notified by us.
If you have already been charged for the transaction, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit/debit card or bank account in 7 Days
