UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE RECEIVED PARCEL IS MANDATORY TO CLAIM ANY EXCHANGE/DAMAGE/MISSING ITEM
Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a Return, Refund & Exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
It must include the original box, tags, and packaging.
A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos
Once validated, we will:
Arrange a free pickup, and
Provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchange Policy Exchanges are available for:
Defective or wrong items received.
Conditions:
Exchange for the same design depends on stock availability.
If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Not eligible for exchange:
Items returned after 7 days.
Size or preference-related issues (product details are clearly mentioned on product pages).
Discounted or promotional items.
Exchange processing time: 5–7 business days after pickup.
Refund Policy Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where Kaayu World is at fault (defective, damaged, or wrong product).
For voluntary returns (change of mind, etc.), return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Return Pickup Process
Returns for defective/wrong items are picked up free of cost through our logistics partners.
For other returns (e.g., change of mind), pickup charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Cancellation by KAAYU WORLD

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Reasons may include limited stock, payment issues, or inaccurate information.

In such cases, you will be notified via email, and any amount charged will be refunded within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Payment Policy
1. Payment Options
We offer two payment options for all orders:

Full Payment: The total amount is paid at the time of purchase.

Partial Payment: A portion of the total order value is paid in advance, and the remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Partial Payment
If you choose the Partial Payment option, please note that the advance payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Cancellation of the order by the customer (before or after shipment)

Refusal to accept delivery

Change of mind or any other personal reason
The advance payment is used to cover non-recoverable operational costs, including:

Shipping and logistics arrangements

Packaging and handling

Order processing and material preparation
Once made, the partial payment cannot be refunded, adjusted, or transferred under any condition.
3. Refund Eligibility (Full Payment Orders Only)
Refunds apply only to orders paid in full, under the following conditions:

The order is cancelled by KAAYU WORLD before shipment — in which case, a 100% refund will be issued since no shipping costs are incurred.

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the claim is supported by valid proof (e.g., an unboxing video).
In all refund cases (where shipping has already occurred), shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
